DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our shipping options are USPS 7-10 day flat rate, UPS Ground, and 2-day air via UPS (Standard Rates Apply). The shipping area includes all 50 states, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2 business days from receipt of your order, following the day of receipt. (Pre-order items will ship per the Available Ship date). Please allow for order processing when calculating your expected arrival date. Track your order on our tracking page.
We are not liable if a shipment is lost, misdelivered, damaged, or delayed because of circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will file a claim with that elected courier, and any resolutions (refund, replacement, or store credit) will be processed following the timelines and guidelines to resolve the issue with that courier. We recommend contacting the courier service directly and then emailing us at hello@canava.co to discuss any further action. If additional information or paperwork is needed by the courier service from the recipient to file the claim, your participation is required to be able to find a resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS | EXCHANGES
Though we’ve done our best to design great product, we know things happen. And just because we didn’t get it right the first time doesn’t mean you can’t have a great experience. We know your time is valuable and can be better spent - so we’ve simplified the return process by including a REUSABLE shipping package.
In an effort to conserve unnecessary waste, we do not include a return label in your shipment. However, your complimentary return labels can be initiated by visiting the returns page and providing your email address and order number. Once you’ve said goodbye to your package you can stay in the loop as it makes its way back to us by tracking your return here.
Before you get started here’s some helpful information:
TIMELINE All returns must be processed within 60 days of the order ship date.
REQUIREMENTS All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.
REFUNDS Are applied to your original form of payment for the full amount minus the original shipping charges.
EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us with the new size, color, and style you would like before proceeding with any returns. We will send out your new order as soon as the return arrives at our studio.
GIFTS Can be returned for Store Credit.
RETURNS PACKAGING We provide you a pack for returns, if you choose to use your packing materials and it results in a difference in shipping cost for return it will be deducted from your credited amount.
PROCESSING We will issue a refund as soon as possible but timelines may vary and are subject to terms based on the original form of payment.
EXCEPTIONS Gift Cards are non-refundable.
